Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing a broad spectrum of HR functions to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of human capital management, employment law, and HRIS systems, enabling them to streamline HR processes, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to strategic workforce planning. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to influence organizational culture and operational efficiency through effective HR management. Duties Review and conduct initial interviews for potential candidates Process employee paperwork for hiring, terminations, and benefits Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure I-9 compliance Administer employee benefits and enrollments Manage and audit 401(k); ensure IRS compliance Process employee time, PTO, and FMLA Prepare, review, and process weekly payroll, including all hourly, salary, and commissioned staff Provide guidance on employee relations issues, complaints, etc. Respond to TWC claims, inquiries, and appeals Assist with annual benefits planning and selection Maintain accurate personnel records (current and former) Investigate and resolve employee concerns in line with company policies Requirements Must be self-motivated and professional 5+ years' experience in human resources Strong work ethic with the ability to accurately communicate sensitive information to employees and the executive team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Must maintain a high level of accountability Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including administration
