Job Description

$20-$25 per hour Houston, TX Contract

  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume Flight Attendant recruiting initiatives.
This role will focus heavily on reviewing a large volume of pre-recorded candidate interviews, evaluating candidates against established hiring rubrics, and supporting various recruiting and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments. Success in this role requires strong judgment, calibration to hiring standards, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing large candidate pipelines.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Evaluation & Recruiting Support
  • + Review and evaluate a high volume of pre-recorded candidate interviews daily + Assess candidates against established hiring guidelines and evaluation rubrics + Support sourcing and selection activities across recruiting teams + Schedule interviews, assessments, and pre-employment activities + Communicate candidate status updates, offers, and rejections + Create and manage interview guides using applicable systems •Talent Acquisition Administration•+ Maintain applicant and new hire data within ATS and recruiting systems + Process job requisitions and job postings + Coordinate mass hiring initiatives and training class placements + Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruiting records and documentation + Support onboarding and pre-employment processing activities including: + I-9 processing + Background checks + License verification + Medical clearance review + Fingerprinting coordination + Employment documentation validation •Customer Service & Operational Support•+ Respond to candidate and employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders + Escalate non-routine issues as appropriate + Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information + Support recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives + Assist with general administrative tasks as needed •Required Qualifications•+ Experience with high-volume recruiting and candidate evaluation + Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM platforms + Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational and time management skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience with Phenom CRM + Aviation, airline, or flight attendant recruiting experience + Familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS platforms + Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements •Key Success Factors•+ Ability to review large volumes of candidate interviews while maintaining evaluation accuracy + Strong alignment to hiring standards and calibration guidelines + Excellent judgment and decision-making skills + High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service + Ability to thrive in a repetitive, process-driven recruiting environment •
