Job Description

Job Summary:
Ronixtek is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Workforce Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics staffing operations for client facilities across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will coordinate workforce scheduling, assist with onboarding, maintain staffing levels, and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse staffing schedules and shift assignments Monitor attendance, productivity, and workforce performance Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of warehouse associates Communicate with recruiters, supervisors, and client managers regarding staffing needs Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies Track workforce data, timesheets, and employee records Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly and professionally Support warehouse operations during peak demand periods Maintain accurate reports related to staffing, productivity, and attendance Help improve workforce efficiency and employee retention initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Previous experience in warehouse operations, staffing, logistics, or workforce coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or overtime when needed Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety standards is a plus Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
