Responsibilities:
Support HR Programs:
Assist in implementing HR programs and interpreting policies and procedures to support our team's mission.Data & Analysis:
Aid the HR Manager in gathering data for benefits, compensation, recruiting, HRIS, and more, providing insights to improve our processes.New Hire & Payroll Updates:
Manage new hire information, job postings, payroll, and benefits updates with attention to accuracy and timeliness.ERP System Support:
Participate in ERP testing, implementation, and system updates, ensuring data accuracy and supporting smooth operations.Compliance & Audits:
Help identify and resolve data discrepancies, maintain organized records, and assist with employee-driven changes.Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare ad-hoc reports and support data validation to keep the HRIS department aligned and informed.Compensation & Staffing Planning:
Contribute to the annual compensation and staffing plans, ensuring they align with college goals.Payroll Transition:
Assist in the transition of payroll and new hire data each fiscal year.Stay Current:
Keep informed on HR trends, laws, and best practices, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
