Instruct applicants in the application process, handle records with strict confidentiality, and ensures that all applications conform with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Coordinates pre-employment reference checks, backgrounds/drug screenings and compliance requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
At all times, employee is responsible for: 1. Protecting the physician's license; 2. Maintaining confidential any and all information accessible while performing job duties; 3. Staying in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, OSHA, HIPAA, OIG, and any other legal and/or contractual obligations. Duties of the
Job:
Providing administrative support in areas of employee job duties. Processing and reviewing employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of the applicants Requesting pre-employment reference checks from previous employers, and other references in order to determine applicant's employment acceptability. Conducting New Hire Orientation, providing facility tour, introduce hire to staff Assisting with data entry and employee separations. Providing on boarding administrative support and employee separations Creates, orders, and distributes company ID name tags, access cards, and business cards, and appointment cards. Process all Time-off requests, keeps track of employee daily attendance Assists with notification of new enrollments/terminations of employee's benefits Receives, and assists in completion of employment verification's requests Assists with Audits on Employee Personnel records Completes monthly reports for OIG compliance requirements Other duties as assigned.
