HR COORDINATOR RPM
Staffing is looking for an HR Coordinator for a warehouse in Rowlett, TX!!
Pay:
$22-$25/hr DOE. Must be willing to train in Bonham, TX (compensation will be paid for mileage and travel) for 2-3 days/week and then remote for the rest of the week. About the Role A growing precision sheet metal fabricator with facilities in Bonham and Rowlett, TX, is seeking an HR Coordinator to serve as the daily HR presence at our Rowlett facility. Reporting to the HR Director, you will coordinate staffing, onboarding, and HR operations while helping build scalable processes and infrastructure as the company expands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and wants to make a lasting impact. What You Will Do Manage HR administration, employee files, benefits support, compliance, and workplace postings. Coordinate temporary workforce through staffing agencies, including onboarding, tracking, and temp-to-hire conversions.
Handle full-cycle onboarding:
pre-employment paperwork, I-9s, new hire orientation, and 30/90-day check-ins. Support recruiting by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors. Help develop and document HR processes and SOPs as the function matures. What We Are Looking For Associates or Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). 1+ years of HR coordination, administrative, or office support experience (manufacturing/industrial environment a plus). Familiarity with temporary staffing agencies is a strong plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred. Highly organized, comfortable in ambiguity, and able to build systems from the ground up. Strong communication skills, professional discretion, and a servant-leadership mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This role offers strong potential for growth into an HR Generalist position as the Rowlett site continues to expand.
