People & Hiring Coordinator Clark Commercial Inc D/B/A Centex Office Pros Full-Time |
M-F WHAT YOU'LL DO
Hiring & Recruiting Create and maintain job postings on Indeed and other platforms Review applications daily Schedule and coordinate interviews Follow up with applicants and keep them informed Maintian a strong pipeline of great candidates for our managers Interview & Onboarding Support Welcome applicants and create a positive interview experience Coordinate interview calendars with managers Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding Keep hiring and onboarding organized and on track Office Coordination Answer calls and respond to emails Organize files and keep office systems up to date Order office and cleaning suppplies as needed Help with scheduling, paperwork, and day-to-day projects Support the office manager and the team whenever needed Help Wherever Needed No two days look the same. You'll jump in, solve problems, and help keep things moving so our team can focus on serving our customers and cleaners. Qualifications Prior experience in hiring, recruiting, customer service, or office coordination preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Able to handle confidential information with care High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass background check
