2 pm•10 pm (Monday•Friday) We are seeking a hands-on Bilingual Production Floor Lead to support operations at a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the production floor, leads by example, and keeps operations running smoothly during second shift. You will serve as the bridge between management and the production team , ensuring employees are supported, trained, and meeting performance expectations. What You'll Do Lead and support production floor employees throughout the shift Ensure staffing levels are met and production stays on track Monitor and track employee attendance and performance Train and coach employees on job duties and safety procedures Act as the main point of contact between associates and management Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly Conduct safety walks and report unsafe conditions Assist with scheduling, shift changes, and department transfers Support onboarding and orientation for new hires What You Bring Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Prior experience as a lead or team lead preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills What Makes You a Great Fit You're not afraid to be on the floor and get involved You can handle tough situations and think on your feet You know how to hold people accountable while building respect You take ownership of your shift and your team
