Role Description MUSH is seeking a dynamic individual to provide administrative, reception, and HR support to our food manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. The successful candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with people-focused responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
General Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests entering the facility and direct them accordingly Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Collect, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and packages Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Assist with generating reports and organizing data for departments as requested Regularly update office postings and digital displays with key updates to ensure accuracy and relevance Support area leads with administrative implementation of new and ongoing projects Assist in communicating important company updates to teammates Manage inventory levels of office and facility supplies, placing orders regularly Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures Purchase, pick up, and return supplies as requested Assist with general office tasks and provide administrative support to the management team Translate documents and communications (English/Spanish) as needed
HR Responsibilities:
Support teammate recognition initiatives (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) by preparing items and maintaining accurate inventory at all times Assist with HRIS data entry and maintenance Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes Maintain teammate records and ensure compliance with federal and state laws Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date teammate attendance records Support scheduling of interviews, meetings, and trainings

Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license
Bilingual:
English and Spanish (read, write, speak) 1+ years of functional administrative support Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google applications Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment Problem solving, excellent verbal and oral communication skills Manufacturing environment experience preferred
