This role plays an important part in creating a smooth experience for both our leaders and team members by helping maintain organization, communication, and day-to-day operational support behind the scenes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, solving problems, supporting others, and keeping details organized in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Scheduling & Labor Support Assist with creating and maintaining team member schedules Support shift coverage communication and scheduling adjustments Monitor schedule accuracy and availability updates Help maintain proper staffing levels based on business needs Communicate scheduling updates clearly and professionally Administrative & HR Support Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork Maintain organized and confidential team member files Support interview scheduling and applicant communication Help track training progress, documentation, and compliance items Assist with team communication, recognition, and administrative projects Provide general administrative support to the leadership team What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and dependable Proficiency with computers and basic office software Scheduling or administrative experience preferred What You'll Bring to the Team A positive and service-minded attitude Flexibility and willingness to support where needed Strong follow-through and accountability Ability to balance multiple priorities while staying organized Why Join Our Team? REQUIREMENTS
Prior related office experience required Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Google Suites and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications Must have experience scheduling Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S.
