CEO. The Opportunity You will serve as a critical operational anchor, driving the successful execution of our day-to-day financial operations and human resource functions. This key position allows you to manage critical internal workflows with high autonomy while ensuring structural compliance for a family-owned company that deeply values your individual contribution. Impact Accounts Receivable:
Generate and dispatch precise client invoices, monitor incoming payments, and reconcile customer accounts to resolve billing discrepancies.
Accounts Payable:
Process and verify vendor invoices, schedule supplier payments, and manage internal expense reporting and reimbursements.
Tax Administration:
Prepare and file federal, state, and local returns while coordinating with external CPAs to ensure absolute compliance with changing tax regulations.
Human Resources & Payroll:
Manage complete employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records while executing payroll accurately and on schedule.
Benefits Coordination:
Administer employee options including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans while ensuring alignment with labor laws.
Executive Support:
Maintain highly accurate financial ledger documentation, prepare aging reports, and present clear financial findings directly to the CEO.
Confidentiality:
Act as a primary representative of trust, handling sensitive legal, financial, and confidential employee matters with total discretion. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience balancing accounting and human resources roles. Advanced proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar management platforms). Strong, working knowledge of current tax regulations, compliance requirements, and payroll processing systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills necessary for managing corporate documentation and team dynamics. Uncompromising integrity and a proven ability to handle confidential information safely. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Active CPA certification or professional HR certification (such as PHR or SHRM). Demonstrated experience working within a small to mid-size company environment.
