WORKFORCE - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
The position manages daily operations, compliance, and strategic deployment of retirees into high-need, time-bound assignments across PWCS. The role safeguards adherence to Virginia Retirement System (VRS) return-to-work provisions and PWCS regulations, optimizes the match between retiree expertise and divisional needs, and ensures strong reporting, service continuity, and fiscal stewardship for a program supporting more than 400 participants annually. Applies specialized knowledge to interpret VRS return-to-work requirements, eligibility criteria, assignment structures, and hours tracking, ensuring compliant and effective deployment of retirees across diverse operational scenarios.
Job Description SALARY:
Grade 15
Salary Range:
$106,965 - $173,391 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
