Human Resources Administrator- Richmond Hirschler - 4.0 Richmond, VA Job Details 19 hours ago Benefits Career development plan Qualifications Productivity software Full Job Description Hirschler is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support a broad range of HR functions across the firm. This role plays a key part in benefits administration, payroll and timekeeping, compliance, and employee support, while also assisting with firm-wide HR initiatives and daily coverage needs. This position may require occasional travel to other offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Benefit Plan Administration Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination Serve as a resource to employees on benefit-related questions Support annual open enrollment and ongoing well-being initiatives Maintain up-to-date benefits information on the firm intranet Time, Payroll & Coverage Oversee timekeeping processes and review timesheets for accuracy and trends Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate payroll processing Coordinate legal administrative staff schedules and coverage to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, provide temporary support as needed HR Systems & Compliance Maintain HRIS data and employee records in compliance with firm and legal requirements Support leave administration (FMLA, LOA) and required reporting Assist with data reporting, compensation studies, and audits Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as a confidential resource for employee questions and concerns Support offboarding, exit processes, and performance management initiatives Assist with compliance matters, including ADA, EEOC, and other claims Recruiting Support Provide back-up support for recruiting and staffing efforts as needed Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in HR, with experience in benefits and payroll administration Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Hirschler?
