Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Administrative Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's human capital management initiatives. This energetic position offers the opportunity to streamline HR operations, facilitate talent acquisition, and enhance employee engagement through effective administrative support. You will be instrumental in maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding and employee relations activities. Duties Manage data entry and maintenance of human resources information systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and UltiPro to ensure accurate employee records and reporting. Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with applicant tracking system (ATS) management like iCIMS, Taleo, Paylocity, and Lever; coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Facilitate new employee orientation programs and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the organization. Assist with employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote ongoing growth. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, payroll processing via systems like ADP, Paychex, Kronos, Dayforce, and Ceridian; support benefits administration inquiries. Support compliance with employment & labor law requirements such as
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Coordinate employee relations activities by managing communication channels and assisting with conflict management efforts. Contribute to organizational design projects, change management initiatives, and strategic planning efforts to optimize workforce management. Experience Proven administrative experience supporting human resources functions in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with human capital management (HCM) systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or UltiPro is highly preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies and affirmative action planning. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Taleo; social media management for recruiting purposes is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and techniques. Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
