HR Assistant

Description Description Robert Half is seeking an HR Assistant to support human resources functions for our client. This contract role is ideal for organized professionals looking to build their HR career.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire paperwork. + Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. + Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. + Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. + Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance activities. Requirements Requirements + 1+ years of HR or administrative support experience preferred. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
