ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position serves as one of the primary employee-facing representatives of the Human Resources Department and Administrative section of HCSA. The successful candidate will demonstrate a welcoming, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor while interacting with employees, applicants, visitors, and business partners. Administrative Support Assist with employee and personnel projects, mailings, reports, and general HR activities Works with the GM and other leadership on special projects Participate in payroll and benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee changes Support organizational leadership and training initiatives Maintain employee personnel files and HR records Provide administrative support for hiring, onboarding, and separation processes Respond to employment verification requests in accordance with company policy Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR front desk and visitors Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, engagement activities, and wellness initiatives Maintain I-9 records and employment eligibility documentation Assist with leave administration and related documentation Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and HR metrics Support audits, records management, and document retention requirements Perform other duties as assigned Recruitment & Onboarding Support Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork Coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers Conduct pre-employment screening activities, including background checks and drug testing Post and monitor internal and external job openings Assist with recruiting events and applicant communications Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education High School Diploma or GED required Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, clerical, human resources, payroll, recruiting, or related experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Ability to learn and utilize HRIS and other company databases

Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual communication skills preferred

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) HRIS systems, including Paychex Flex Office equipment including copier, printer, fax machine, multi-line phone systems, and radio communications
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
Frequent sitting, computer use, and keyboarding Frequent verbal and written communication Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds Ability to travel throughout the facility as needed to support HR operations General office environment with moderate noise levels and temperature-controlled conditions
