Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from job posting to offer letters Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule candidate interviews Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with recruitment policies Represent McCurley Dealerships at career fairs and networking events Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires Support other HR functions as needed, including employee engagement and recordkeeping

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of HR experience Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with using HRIS platform Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred Why You ll
