$36.12 (SC8LWESP Salary Schedule) Position is eligible for membership in the Lake Washington Education Support Professionals. Position is open until filled with a priority application date of May 13, 2026.Job Summary:
This position provides administrative and operational support for the Director of Employee and Labor Relations, Human Resources Employee Growth and Engagement, TOSAs, and district classified staff. The role coordinates Cornerstone program operations, OSPI reporting, and payroll-related compliance processes, serving as a central point of accountability for data integrity, reporting accuracy, and program support. Key responsibilities include managing reimbursement and payroll reporting processes, maintaining employee records, and conducting audits to ensure compliance. The position also supports Cornerstone session management, attendance tracking, learning assignments, and the implementation of professional learning programs that advance staff development and equity initiatives year round.WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations, generally hazard free environment, and in a clean atmosphere. The usual and customary methods of performing the functions of this job require the following physical demands: Frequent reaching, handling, fingering and/or feeling. Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling. Seldom climbing and balancing. Seldom stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEREQUIRED
: High school diploma or equivalent. Four years job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility or an AA degree and two years of job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience with Word and Excel software programs desired.APPLICATION PROCEDURE
