Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring activities for a Contract position based in Seattle, Washington. This role focuses on creating a smooth candidate experience by coordinating interviews, organizing recruiting workflows, and assisting with onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in applicant tracking systems, partnering with recruiters and hiring teams, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate recruiting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Support full-cycle recruiting operations by assisting with job postings, interview logistics, and candidate communications.
- Partner with corporate recruiting teams to keep hiring workflows organized and moving efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute interview details, confirmations, and follow-up communications in a timely manner.
- Assist with onboarding coordination to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
- Track recruiting progress and help resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks as they arise. Requirements
- Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition activities in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with interview scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate data.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and standard hiring workflows.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience assisting with onboarding tasks and pre-employment coordination is preferred.
