As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Administrator who thrives on organization, accuracy, and supporting employees behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning HR processes, keeping things running smoothly, and being a trusted resource for employees and leaders. What You'll Do This role focuses on HR operations, employee support, and compliance administration for our internal team. HR Operations & Employee Support Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (ADP and related platforms) Process employee lifecycle changes (hires, promotions, transfers, terminations) Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and processes Conduct HR audits and ensure document compliance Support reporting, metrics, and HR process improvements Recruiting & Onboarding (Administrative Roles) Support sourcing and screening of candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring logistics Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation Manage I-9 verification, background checks, and new hire paperwork Ensure a smooth and organized onboarding experience Compliance & Regulatory Support Support DSHS audits and maintain compliance documentation Track licenses, certifications, and renewal requirements Maintain ProviderOne data and administrative compliance records Assist with audit preparation and reporting requirements Payroll & Benefits Support Support payroll processing through employee data accuracy Assist employees with benefits enrollment and life event changes Maintain benefits records and documentation Support employee communication around pay and benefits Employee Experience & HR Support Support employee engagement and recognition efforts Assist with HR documentation for performance and employee relations Help maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented work environment Offboarding & Separation Coordinate employee separations and offboarding Process terminations in ADP Conduct exit interviews and maintain documentation What You Bring 2-4 years of HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative experience Experience with HR systems (ADP preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and employee support skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus Why Family First Mission-driven organization focused on supporting families and communities Supportive and collaborative leadership team Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization Meaningful work that directly impacts people's lives Apply Today If you're someone who values organization, accuracy, and supporting people through great processes—we'd love to hear from you.
