  • Full-time About us Revive Companies of Spokane are Behavioral Health and Non-Profit companies committed to supporting individuals and families to overcome barriers associated with the impact of trauma, justice system involvement, and lack of community support for navigating recovery and stability.
We provide mental health counseling services, peer support and Foundational Community Support (FCS) Supportive Housing and Supported Employment services. To support our monumental growth over the past year we are looking to add an experienced Human Resources Manager to our growing staff.
Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks and coordinating HR processes. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and onboarding, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on organizational needs and priorities. Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed, and systems are updated.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Support benefits of administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events, including special initiatives (e.g., Beauty, Cultural Care, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local, State and Federal employment laws and regulations including BHA, DOH and WAC requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and initiatives.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and help. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist HR Manager with the interviewing and hiring decision process.
  • Support offer and onboarding process, including completing background checks.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring all necessary documents and training are completed. Benefits & Payroll Support
  • Assist employees with initial benefits overview, enrollment, questions, and minor benefit issues. Licensure, CEUs, & Training Tracking
  • Maintain employee records of certifications, licensures, and continuing education credits (CEUs).
  • Ensure employees are enrolled in mandatory annual training and track completion, including Relias and InSync LMS. Compliance Monitoring
  • Assist the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and agency-specific regulations.
  • Handle initial responses to audits or inquiries from regulatory bodies. Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.

  • $30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
Paid Time Off:
80 hours vacation, 8 paid holidays, and accrued sick leave

  • 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year of employment Conditions of Employment Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks, education verification, and screening through the List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE), including the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the System for Award Management (SAM).
