This is a temporary 3-month assignment offering excellent experience supporting a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. Wage:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Objective:
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruiting process. This role is responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, managing job postings, supporting sourcing efforts, maintaining recruiting systems and records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule complex interview loops across multiple departments and stakeholders Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process and provide a positive candidate experience Post and maintain job openings across internal and external recruiting platforms Support candidate sourcing efforts through various recruiting tools and platforms as needed Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinate interview logistics, including virtual meeting links, calendars, travel arrangements, and interview materials Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process Track candidate progress and ensure all recruiting documentation is completed accurately and on time Assist with employment offers, onboarding activities, and pre-employment requirements as needed Generate recruiting reports and maintain recruiting metrics Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams as assigned Assist with special projects and additional recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum 2 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR administration, or related experience Experience scheduling multiple interviews and coordinating calendars in a professional environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Oice Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Why Choose Atlas Staffing Atlas Staffing is an employment agency that offers great benefits for our temporary and temp-to-hire staffing associates.
