Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management will be instrumental in attracting top talent across various departments. Duties Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, hiring managers, and external partners to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Manage talent sourcing through various channels including social media platforms and job boards to generate high-quality leads. Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards. Support campus recruitment initiatives by engaging with universities and participating in career fairs. Assist in employee orientation programs and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and employee data within HRIS platforms. Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition, HR sourcing techniques, and best practices for employee relations. Caregiving as needed On-call one night per week after hours (4pm-8am) and 1-2 holidays per year. Team player willing to jump in to help where needed. Experience Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SAP HRIS, PeopleSoft, ADP Workforce Now, or UltiPro is highly preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices. Experience conducting interviews using structured techniques and assessing talent through various evaluation methods. Ability to leverage social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
