Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a smooth employee experience, managing sensitive information accurately, and providing reliable administrative support across the employee lifecycle. The person in this role will work closely with HR colleagues and internal partners to help keep hiring, onboarding, and employee record processes organized, timely, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities to help new team members start successfully and on schedule.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and follow up on outstanding tasks or documents to ensure each step is completed accurately.
  • Administer separation processes by organizing offboarding activities and updating records as employees exit the organization.
  • Support hiring workflow approvals and keep recruitment-related documentation current and well organized.
  • Monitor shared HR communications and provide timely, thoughtful responses to questions from employees and incoming hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for general HR inquiries involving onboarding, workplace policies, and routine personnel procedures.
  • Enter, update, and audit employee information in HR systems to preserve data accuracy and support compliance requirements.
  • Partner with HR staff and other departments on administrative initiatives, process enhancements, and additional assignments as needed.
