Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator Are you a people-person with a passion for organization and helping others succeed? Join our growing, fun, and professional team at a well-established local firm serving the Shawano area!
- Greet and assist job seekers through the application process
- Administer pre-employment evaluations and reference checks
- Screen resumes/ applications implement into system
- Hands on experience in office, customer service, recruiting a plus
- Strong ability to work independent and as a team
- Team asset to meet goals
- budgets for our office
- Ensure completion of pre-employment screenings and new hire paperwork
- Ensure timely collection of documents and submit electronic state and federal forms including E-Verify
- Complete and review files for accuracy and for office audit
- Complete payroll time entry functions and audit timecards to ensure accuracy of hours reported
- Comfortable performing drug screens on employees
- High degree of customer service to everyone internal and external
- Track employee equipment
- Perform front office and administrative duties
- Order supplies/ pick up as needed
- Participation in outside functions events. meetings, webinars
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Create and manage job postings across online/ social media platforms
- Develop engaging social media content to promote job openings and celebrate employee success
- Communicate regularly with candidates via phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments and calendar events
- Gatekeeper of the office
- Professional and friendly demeanor, trustworthy
- Able to step in to help in array of tasks
- Text appointment and schedule reminders
- Manage the onboarding process for new associates
- Collaborate with the team to place candidates in job assignments
- Other duties as needed to help the office and Branch Manager to help with success
- Be open minded to do interviews in person and over the phone
- Have basic knowledge of computers
- IT troubleshoot
- AI helpful
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and other online basics
- Basic cleaning of office and property
- Making sure all aspects of the office front end runs effectively and seamless
- Source/ Assist in recruitment needs
- Perform account management of client needs

- Comfortable using various systems and software
- Friendly, professional demeanor with the public
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Juggle multiple priorities
- Environment can be slow and steady to fast paced able to adapt
- Ability to be flexible and pivot when needed
- Must pass a background check
- MUST BE Dependable and reliable
- Local fun person to join a respected and growing office
- Able to adapt to change
- Some college preferred
Pay:
$15.00- $17.
