0800-1500 In this role, you will: ? Conduct regular security checks throughout the property ? Maintain a safe and positive environment through de-escalation and crisis intervention methods ? Escort unwanted visitors from the property ? Assist with the resolution of visitors and client issues and/or complaints ? Enforce and adhere to the organization's Staff and Guest Codes of Conduct ? Complete incident reports as needed ? As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management. What you'll need: ? High School Diploma or G.E.D ? One or more years of security experience is required ? Experience working with Behavior Health and AODA client population required ? Crisis intervention and trauma informed care training is a plus ? Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed in Wisconsin. ? Must have experience writing reports and correspondence. ? Must be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with visitors, clients, staff, law enforcement and other members of the community ? Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties including continuous walking patrols and standing. ?
