Human Resources Administrative Specialist Location:

Duration:
Full-Time Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Whitewater, WI, for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, handling employee relations, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and handling employee inquiries. The specialist will also assist with accounting support such as accounts receivable (AR) processes, including payment postings, and collections. The position supports a growing organization of approximately 23 employees, including both full-time and part-time staff. Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes - minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Employee Relations skills to support team interactions and maintain a positive workplace environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished, professional tone
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with HR software and office productivity tools, experience with Bamboo and/or QuickBooks is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations is a plus
