  • Family-Owned Company Culture Position Summary The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with onboarding coordination, orientation, employee relations support, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership while helping ensure HR processes are organized, compliant, and aligned with Redi Services' mission and values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities, new hire paperwork, orientation, and employee file management Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment processes including all new hire testing. Support employee relations by responding to employee questions and directing concerns appropriately Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and compliance documentation Support payroll-related administrative functions and employee updates Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tracking Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR needs What We Are Looking For Safety Always - Everybody Back Home Safe Every Day! Qualifications Required:
  • 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite Preferred:
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll systems
  • Intensive onboarding and orientation experience
