Job Description

ProCare Home Medical is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR and experience in performance management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and hiring Onboarding new Employees Employee Relations Employee Compensation and Incentives Timely employee communication and development programs Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and company standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Responsible for any planning regarding the human resources and development of a company's workforce. Able to transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures. Communicating with the ProCare Home Medical team as well as outside agencies. Ability to read and understand documents from various sources. Prioritize tasks based on importance while paying close attention to detail in your daily tasks. Organized and has great time-management skills. Possess excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with individuals. Have a strong work ethic and desire to help others achieve their goals by working together towards a common goal. Self-motivated and has a strong work ethic.

Procare Home Medical offers medical/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off for full time employees. Starting base compensation is $60k-$80k a year/ DOE, based on experience.
