Job Description

General Responsibilities :
1.
Strategic Planning:
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures; ensure all actions align with Senior Team Manager, CHRO and President's directives. 2.
Talent Management:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including testing and interviewing programs; counsel managers on candidate selection and analyze exit interviews to recommend improvements. 3.
Training & Development:
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting robust orientation and training programs. 4.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure federal and state HR requirement compliance; conduct internal investigations, maintain personnel records, and represent the organization at hearings. 5.
Operational Excellence:
Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions; schedule and assign HR staff, following up on work results to ensure team goals are met. 6.
Employee Relations:
Enhance organization results by hearing and resolving employees grievances and maintaining the highest level of honesty and integrity in all dealings. ▨
Qualifications Experience:
10+ years of proven experience in Human Resources Management.
Industry:
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment (Manufacturing experience preferred).
Language:
Native or professional-level proficiency (Read, Write, Speak) in both Korean and English. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
Technical:
Experience with advanced HRIS platforms and conducting computer-based commercial research.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce and lead HR operational requirements in a multinational corporate setting.
Job Type:
