Pay:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually Job Summary The Onsite Manager (OSM) is responsible for overseeing workforce management, human resources, staffing, client relations, and safety at the client's location. This role ensures operational efficiency, drives employee engagement, and maintains compliance with company and client policies. Bilingual (Spanish) strong preferred Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the onsite location and liaison between the client, corporate teams, HR partners, facility leadership, and onsite employees. Manage and develop an onsite team of coordinators, providing training and performance coaching. Build and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting metrics to the client and corporate leadership. Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, attendance tracking, and internal communications. Process client staffing requests and collaborate with recruiting to meet hiring goals; conduct interviews and manage time-to-fill metrics. Ensure adherence to client-specific hiring requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and skills testing. Oversee onboarding, new hire paperwork, orientations, and training to ensure compliance. Conduct weekly payroll processing, timekeeping audits, referral programs, and unemployment claims. Process employee changes and terminations in partnership with HR support. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle workplace injuries, ADA accommodation requests, workers' compensation claims, OSHA recordables, and incident investigations. Perform daily facility walkthroughs to ensure safety compliance. Conduct weekly safety inspections and report findings for risk management purposes. Enforce all corporate and client safety policies and procedures. Address workforce challenges and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, providing insights and recommendations. Maintain open communication with the client and proactively recommend solutions to workforce needs. Achieve staffing objectives based on agreed labor strategies and manage candidate pipelines. Complete additional duties or projects as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in workforce management, HR, or onsite management Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Detail-oriented, hands-on leader with a positive attitude toward change; resilient and effective in fast-paced environments Bilingual preferred (not required) Typical Physical Demands Regular use of hands for office equipment, phones, and computer keyboard/mouse Sitting for extended periods; walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 pounds Extensive computer use and document review Ability to hear normal audible sounds, including in-person and phone conversations Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Typical Work Conditions Work performed in both office and production environments, generally free from temperature extremes or hazards Frequent interaction with onsite associates, third-party vendors, and clients May require up to 25% travel , including long-distance travel by car, train, or plane Shiftfillers is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination and equal opportunity for all employees and qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetics, gender identity, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
