  • Step into a highly visible HR leadership role supporting Walmart's Global Marketplace—one of the company's most critical growth engines.
As a Senior Manager, People, you'll partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy for a fast-scaling, global business that directly drives enterprise growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we build, grow, and lead teams that power Walmart's future. About the Team The Global Marketplace team powers Walmart's platform by enabling sellers worldwide to reach our customers, making it a key driver of innovation and revenue growth. This role is embedded within the business, partnering closely with leadership to scale talent, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and build leadership capability. Your work will directly impact how the team grows and delivers on Walmart's broader strategic priorities.

  • + Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth + Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives + Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts + Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve team effectiveness

    • Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
