As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. The Opportunity As part of the HR Managed Services team you will lead teams to generate a vision and establish direction while motivating members to create an atmosphere of trust and innovation. As a Director, you will demonstrate thought leadership in payroll policies and practices, managing global payroll operations and maintaining compliance with regulations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to drive transformational change and develop trusted client relationships across a global network. - Bachelor's Degree

- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred

- $410,000.
