You'll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do. Radius Aerospace- Hot Springs is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal parts and assemblies used in the aviation industry. We utilize a wide range of metal forming techniques and special manufacturing processes, servicing the commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation markets. Position Summary Plans, administers, and implements policies relating to all phases of human resources activities personally or through subordinate supervisors. Implements Human Resources policies, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Oversee and coordinate HR areas such as, but not limited to succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development. This position is required to comply with the company's cybersecurity, information security, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling policies. This includes safeguarding sensitive information, completing mandatory security training, and promptly reporting any suspected data or security incidents. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Understand and adhere to all company, corporate and departmental policies and procedures. Oversee recruiting and staffing activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers to select qualified candidates for open positions. Oversee onboarding and new employee orientation programs to promote engagement and alignment with company culture and objectives. Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, employee transactions, benefits participation, and government reporting documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to management regarding employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution. Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures and programs. Administer and continuously improve performance management programs to ensure effectiveness, consistency, compliance, and fairness across the organization. Support compensation programs through analysis of compensation and labor market data to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and company practices. Oversee benefits administration including health, dental, disability, retirement, leave administration, and employee assistance programs. Partner with Accounting and leadership on HR budgets, labor planning, headcount forecasting, and benefit expenditures. Oversee employee separation processes, related documentation, and exit interviews to identify trends and support retention efforts. Analyze HR metrics including turnover and absenteeism trends and recommend initiatives to enhance retention and workforce stability. Represent the organization in personnel-related investigations, hearings, audits, and compliance matters as needed. Maintain working knowledge of HR processes and provide departmental backup support as needed, including onboarding, payroll, and operational activities. Ensure compliance with all company and government regulations regarding protection and handling of CUI and maintain required
CMMC/ITAR
training standards. Other various duties as needed or as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership or management experience. Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government-regulated environment preferred. Prior experience with HRIS/payroll systems required; ADP experience strongly preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
certification preferred.
