Company Overview SANY North America LLC is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality protein bars, functional snacks, and bakery products designed for health-conscious consumers. The company combines expertise in food science and product formulation to deliver innovative snack solutions across private label and branded platforms, supporting clients from concept to commercial production. We are seeking a world‑class Executive Assistant to support a fast‑paced, high‑profile entrepreneur. This role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high‑pressure environments. You must be a proactive problem-solver, a trusted confidant, and someone who consistently performs at the highest level, regardless of the hour or location. Key Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and onboard hourly and salaried employees for manufacturing operations. Manage employee orientation, training records, and onboarding documentation. Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with Arkansas and federal employment laws. Support attendance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee relations matters. Coordinate benefits enrollment, leave administration, and workers' compensation claims. Partner with plant management on staffing plans, workforce development, retention, and performance management. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy. Support OSHA, food safety, and workplace training programs. Prepare HR reports, turnover analysis, and recruitment metrics. Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the facility. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience required. Experience supporting a manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or industrial facility strongly preferred. Working knowledge of recruiting hourly production employees. Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, EEO, ADA, OSHA, and Arkansas employment regulations. Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification. Experience in food manufacturing, SQF, GMP, or FDA-regulated environments.
