We're seeking a dependable, hands‑on Human Resources Manager to support our manufacturing operations and workforce. This role combines day‑to‑day HR support—recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance—with strategic partnership to operations leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and retention. If you're comfortable on the shop floor as well as in leadership discussions, this role is for you. Your work directly supports a stable workforce, strong leadership teams, and safe, efficient production every day. What You'll Do Lead all HR functions for a 24/7 manufacturing facility Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, investigations, and corrective action Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning Manage performance management and workforce planning initiatives Oversee payroll and timekeeping for ~200 employees Design and deliver training and leadership development programs Supervise and develop a team of 2-3 HR professionals Prepare HR metrics and reports to support business decisions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 2-4 years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills PHR or SHRM-CP preferred Why Join Us Be a true culture builder — Partner closely with plant leadership to bring values to life and create an environment where people feel engaged, respected, and empowered.
