In this vital role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, driving initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your energetic leadership will empower our workforce, streamline HR processes, and support strategic growth. Responsibilities Process payroll for hourly and salary employees using Paycor. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation programs, performance management systems, and employee evaluation procedures to promote continuous development. Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Paycor, Employee Navigator and Voya. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and affirmative action planning requirements. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively, facilitating communication skills development, and supporting conflict management initiatives. Coordinate training & development programs and succession planning efforts to foster a high-performing workforce committed to organizational excellence. Requirements Proven experience in human capital management with a strong understanding of HR sourcing, recruitment strategies, and project management. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration. Demonstrated expertise in change management, organization design, performance management systems, and strategic planning. Familiarity with Paycor is a plus; experience with data collection and data entry is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
