Job Description:
Position Summary The Executive HR & Admin will act as the primary liaison between the HR department and employees based in the US. This role focuses on maintaining employee data integrity, managing the pre onboarding and onboarding lifecycle, and coordinating with the recruitment team while ensuring strict adherence to Arizona and federal employment laws. Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-onboarding & Onboarding Coordinate pre-employment processes (e.g., background checks, drug testing, and reference checks).
Manage new hire onboarding:
prepare offer letters, process new-hire paperwork, and conduct orientations regarding policies and processes. Coordinate with IT team to ensure that the IT assets reach the employee before or on date of joining. 2. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital, in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Manage HR documents including employment contracts, performance reviews, and termination letters. Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state (Arizona), and local labour regulations. 3. Employee Relations & Support Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and benefits. Assist in benefits administration, including health insurance enrolment, retirement plans, and leaves of absence. Facilitate employee engagement programs and support performance management processes.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of administrative or HR-specific experience (e.g., HR Assistant, Onboarding Coordinator, or Recruiting Coordinator).
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, and Paylocity.
Soft Skills:
High level of confidentiality, strong verbal and written communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
