The HR Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all HR/Payroll functions in the facility are being performed according to Monument Health standards and protocols including new employee recruitment on-boarding, orientation, employee relations management, employee personnel files, benefits management, workers compensation and safety program, and other programs that influence the Caring Professional experience. The HR Operations Manager will act as a resource to their assigned facilities to assist with any Human Resource item that cannot be handled at the facility level. The HR Operations Manager will regularly visit their assigned facilities to audit, train, and coach facility HR Managers. > Associates degree > 2-3 years of Human Resource Operations experience, healthcare industry preferred > Valid Background Check, Fingerprint Clearance Card and Employee Health Screening
