The Driver Provider is a fast‑growing transportation company headquartered in downtown Phoenix, serving the Southwest region. We're searching for a dynamic Director of Human Resources who can elevate our people strategy, energize our culture, and design innovative recruiting pipelines—especially for professional drivers across the Southwest market. What You'll Lead A small, high‑performing HR team that looks to you for direction, inspiration, and clarity Recruiting initiatives that demand creativity, persistence, and out‑of‑the‑box thinking Scalable HR systems and processes that support a multi‑state workforce Culture‑building efforts that keep teams engaged, aligned, and proud to be part of our luxury brand and market position. What You'll Do Develop and execute a driver‑recruitment strategy using fresh, unconventional sourcing methods grounded in strategic thinking and workforce planning Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of HR professionals Partner with operations and leadership to forecast staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines Strengthen compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and retention programs with scalable processes and policies Champion a people‑first culture that reflects our commitment to safety, service, and excellence The Must‑Haves 5-7 years of HR leadership experience, including managing and developing a team Proven success in recruiting , ideally in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or other high‑volume environments. A creative, resourceful mindset—someone who doesn't wait for candidates to come to them Multi‑state HR compliance knowledge across varied labor law environments Experience in employee relations and culture building, with the ability to navigate conflict, coach managers, and shape organizational culture Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels A passion for building teams, crafting culture, and elevating the employee experience Core Educational Credentials Bachelor's degree (required) Master's degree (preferred but not mandatory); advanced HR certifications are a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$95,000.00
  • $115,000.00
