In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Your leadership will drive workforce engagement and ensure our HR practices align with organizational goals and legal standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to shape our company culture while managing complex HR functions with energy and precision. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo. Oversee employee orientation programs, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and productivity. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering open communication channels across teams. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll processing through platforms like Workday or ADP, and compliance with OSHA regulations. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements. Drive change management projects related to organization design, HRIS implementation such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and workforce management solutions like Kronos or UltiPro. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee evaluation, performance management, and training & development. Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance practices. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms; experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and influence organizational change. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while fostering a positive workplace culture through conflict management and employee relations expertise.
