What You'll Do:
Lead all day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and performance management Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development Oversee onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple departments Ensure compliance with California labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies Manage and mentor HR staff while helping scale processes as the company continues to grow Drive improvements in HR systems, policies, and overall employee experience
What We're Looking For:
Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within agriculture, manufacturing, or a related industry Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and compliance matters Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment Bilingual Spanish is a plus #LI-AC8 #INMAY2026
