In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies aligned with our business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through innovative sourcing channels and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or Lever. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth and skill enhancement. Manage employee performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans. Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations. Lead change management efforts by designing organization structure improvements, succession planning, and implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Foster positive employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting a respectful workplace culture. Ensure adherence to employment & labor law requirements while maintaining accurate data entry and HR data collection for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruiting strategies, and workforce planning. Knowledge of HR sourcing tools such as Taleo, Paychex, ADP, UltiPro, or Paylocity; familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday or Oracle HCM is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage employees at all levels. Experience managing benefits administration, workers' compensation processes, and OSHA compliance. Ability to lead projects related to organization design, strategic planning, and change management initiatives. Excellent conflict management skills coupled with administrative experience in data entry and contract management.
