Full Job Description Job Title:
Bilingual Program Manger Must have high volume recruitment experience and have knowledge of temp staffing, lobor laws, HR compliance, Onsite operations, risk mitigation, workers comp, warehouse safety and large scale HR implementations. Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities include management of company onsite accounts including set up of new onsite accounts as well as maintaining ongoing onsite account relationships.
  • Implementation of new onsite business start to finish
  • Develop best practices for onsite locations
  • Create department directory, onsite branch manual, customer orientations
  • Coordinate install of electronic timeclocks for work sites
  • Set up invoices and reporting structure
  • Perform onsite quarterly business reviews
  • Train new onsite managers at site locations
  • Meet weekly with new onsite accounts to review implementation checklist
  • Manage onsite P & L and/or KPIs and review with onsite managers weekly
  • Ongoing training, management and development of onsite managers
  • Meet with branch area manager to discuss recruiting efforts and needs at various onsite locations
  • Handle any onsite client inquiries/needs
  • Ensure safety expectations and protocol are being met such as daily walkthroughs, monthly safety meetings, PPE training, etc.
  • Must be able to travel as needed throughout multiple regions
  • Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed for onsite locations
  • Attend new client meetings as needed, tour worksite facilities Qualifications
  • Qualified candidates should possess at least 2-5 years of staffing experience with a key focus on implementation of new account, preferably onsite accounts
  • Has held a senior management or director level position within an organization
  • Strong safety background is preferred
  • Has proven success managing a team Supervisor Responsibility?

  • Maintain a turnover rate of 8% or less per week, per onsite account
  • Fill Rate
  • 98% fill rate expectation, per onsite account
  • Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Attend all onsite quarterly business reviews for onsite accounts
  • Revenue
  • Onsite account must generate $100K in revenue weekly or have a minimum headcount of 100 associates in order to staff an onsite manager at the location
  • Customer Surveys
  • Ensure distribution of customer survey annually, maintain 4.00 customer rating in all surveyed categories
  • Safety
  • Goal of 0 injuries weekly #INT123
