Job Description

The Bilingual Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations while helping drive employee engagement, compliance, recruiting, training, and overall workforce support across the organization. This position serves as a strategic and operational partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals and company culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, approachable, and capable of managing both employee relations and administrative HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can effectively balance compliance, communication, recruiting, and employee development while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIESEmployee Relations & HR SupportServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concernsSupport managers with coaching, employee development, performance management, and corrective action processesConduct employee investigations and assist with conflict resolution in a professional and confidential mannerMaintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor lawsAssist with leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation, and employee support processesPromote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workplace culture activitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring prioritiesCoordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hiresMaintain recruitment metrics and assist with workforce planning initiativesAttend hiring events, networking functions, and recruiting activities as neededCompliance & HR OperationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsSupport HR audits, I-9 compliance, and employee file managementAssist with policy updates, HR reporting, and process improvementsMaintain HRIS records and employee data accuracySupport payroll coordination and benefits administration processes
