Job Description

Human Resources Manager City of Industry , CA Direct Hire Human Resources $100K to $115K 03/27/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead human resources programs across three Southern California locations including hiring onboarding employee relations compensation benefits and training. Manage full cycle recruiting for leadership exempt and professional roles and support smooth onboarding for new employees. Serve as a trusted partner to managers by providing guidance on sensitive employee matters performance issues investigations and terminations. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and support policy updates that reflect current requirements. Use data insights to guide workforce decisions and partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business needs.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive human resources experience with five years in a senior or leadership role. A Bachelor degree in human resources or a related field or demonstrate equivalent experience without a degree. Communicate clearly build strong relationships and provide thoughtful problem solving in a fast paced environment. Use Microsoft Office tools confidently including Excel Word and Teams for reporting and communication. Travel between local sites as needed and make independent decisions for California operations.
Qualifications:
Support safety programs promote a compliant workplace and ensure practices meet organizational and regulatory standards. Work as a business partner for multiple manufacturing sites and collaborate closely with an onsite human resources generalist. Manage employee relations concerns with discretion professionalism and strong judgment. Contribute to development planning compensation reviews benefits processes and other human resources initiatives. Demonstrate strategic thinking adaptability and the ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with leadership goals. REF#52034 #LI-DD1
