Job Overview The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing policies that foster a positive work environment. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and benefits administration to support business objectives. The position is required to work at both Fremont and Dublin sites. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee retention. Mediate conflicts and provide solutions to improve employee satisfaction. Performance Management & Training Implement performance review systems and career development programs. Organize training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity. Compensation & Benefits Manage benefits administration, and compliance with compensation regulations. Ensure employee benefits programs remain competitive. Compliance & Policy Development Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements. HR Strategy & Organizational Development Align HR initiatives with business goals. Assist leadership in strategic workforce planning and managing organizational changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM Certified Professional is preferred
Experience :
3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in managerial role.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Solid skills and experiences in talent recruitment Human resources management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) speaking is a plus What We Offer
