HR Supervisor (Geil Enterprises) Fresno, CA, United States of America $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 Back Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys helping leaders solve problems, manage risk, and navigate employee-related issues. The HR Supervisor serves as an advisor to division leadership while overseeing HR compliance, recruiting, and day-to-day HR operations. This role works within established company frameworks and influences outcomes through guidance and partnership rather than acting as the final policy decision-maker. What You'll Do Partner with General Managers to address employee relations, compliance, and risk-related issues. Lead and develop the HR Generalist and Recruiting Team. Oversee HR compliance, investigations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and required reporting. Work with outside partners and vendors to ensure HR processes are effective and compliant. Identify areas of risk and deliver training and guidance to support leaders. This Role Might Be a
