The HR Supervisor serves in a consultative role for GEI divisions and is also responsible for both the oversight and direct execution of core HR functions, including compliance and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do:

Work collaboratively with General Managers and outside vendor partners Lead and mentor an HR Generalist and a dedicated team of recruiters Ensure effective oversight and execution of core HR operations, including compliance, policies, and day-to-day employee support Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects our commitment to employee success
