Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts and manage staffing operations across various departments. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates. Your leadership will ensure we attract top talent efficiently while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce planning, enhance candidate experience, and drive organizational growth through effective staffing strategies. Duties Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees across multiple functions. Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate tracking. Develop innovative talent sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge to ensure compliant hiring practices. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide expert guidance on employment contracts, and support employee orientation programs. Conduct talent management activities such as succession planning, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives to foster internal growth. Engage in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level roles through targeted outreach and negotiation skills while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. Maintain compliance with HR sourcing standards, employment law regulations, and company policies while managing contracts and employee relations effectively. Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to manage candidate relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively. Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS), HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, UltiPro), payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex), and social media management tools for talent sourcing. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout all hiring activities. Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques and employee evaluations while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Experience with HR tools such as Kronos or UltiPro for workforce management; Salesforce or other CRM platforms for relationship management; Cold calling for proactive candidate outreach. Familiarity with training & development programs, succession planning processes, and employee orientation procedures. Strong research skills to identify top talent pools and generate leads for hard-to-fill roles.
